From start to finish, I genuinely do not know how any of this was physically possible. It seems before they put the beard oil inside the box, they opened it, used half the bottle to drench the entire package in beard oil, and then put the bottle back in the box and shipped it to me. The beard oil itself is great like I said. But DO NOT RISK BUYING IT ONLINE. Instead of initially resorting to giving a bad review, I thought why not contact Amazon customer service and see if I can get a replacement. They said either they can issue a full refund, or I will have to contact the seller for a replacement. So I did that. The seller got back to me and said that since Amazon ships the products, they can’t issue a replacement.
