CARVED Wood Clear Case for iPhone 5 - Ebony (I5-CC1M)

I ordered this Carved case from Amazon after reading some of the strong positive reviews on the Carved cases for iPhones. I was looking for a case that would give my iPhone 5s some protection while still helping it to keep a slim profile and classy look. I was not disappointed with the product. The case arrived quickly and came in the classy Carved packaging. The case had an excellent custom fit on my 5s and it was exactly what I was hoping for. Hoping to use this case for a long time to come.Pros:The ebony wood is quality and looks great.The case is slim and sleek.Provides a nice protective layer to keep my phone from getting scratched.I've been getting several compliments on the case.Cons:You will still need some sort of screen protector.Not ideal for rugged outdoor phone adventures. But, if you're looking for slim case to compliment your iPhone, consider a case from Carved.

This wood case was attractive and light and fit very well on the phone. However, the charger would not fit the opening and the case easily chipped. I would not recommend this case.

I am in love with an iPhone case. The case has clear sides that allows me to see the stainless steel of the phone which is alway cover up by other cases. Having the texture of the ebony wood backing mixed with the steel makes this a sexy case!

Looks sleek and I love the feel of real wood. Immediately happy with purchase as soon as it snapped on my iPhone

So far so good. Looks great, is ultra slim, and there's definitely something zen about handling real wood vs the cheap plastic of most cases. Edges and impact areas are clear plastic to protect the phone.

This item was exactly what I was expecting and when I put it on the phone, it didn't make it as bulky as other cases do.

I love the way this case was designed, plastic case for added protection (I've read that all-wood cases break easily) and a wood panel "adhered" to the case. The first case I ordered arrived with the wood panel bowed off the plastic case. It looked like it was only glued on at the corners. The wood panel definitely wouldn't have stayed on for more than a week. So, I returned it. The replacement just arrived this morning and while I was super excited to finally put a case on my naked phone, it arrived in the same condition as the first case.I really want to like this case, but it's just not going to happen for me. I think Carved should consider looking into a better adhesive.

Fits well, light. Looks good. Received it quickly. Overall, I would recommend this cover for I-phone users who want a wood case.
