Lift but not comfortable
They do give you lift but are super hard and rubs in the arch of my feet. Glad I only needed them to wear with a costume.

Do they make a wider version?
The height was perfect for me. The width was way too narrow.I had to stuff paper in the heel area to keep the lift in place, otherwise it hurt my heel.
