After have a major op on my knee, ie doctors had to rebuild it in a 10 hr operation, I'm five months in, and decided that I needed to help the healing, by moving more. Muscle wastage is so horrible, I use this a few time a day. And I definitely feeling the benefits. At first I had tension set on zero, but now on 1, I sit up high on a stool, or on a dining chair, if I'm on the settee, I push it further away, to get a longer leg stretch, if you move it towards you, while low ie settee the bend will be more like 85 to 90 degree bend. The machine, is itself excellent quality and silent when in use. So no bother when watching tv.

This mini elliptical is heavier than I thought it would be, which, for me is a good thing. It stays were I put it, and as it's under my desk, I can use it while I do other things.As a person with back issues, having this makes it much easier for me to get my steps in without the back pain that comes from walking too far. I find myself using it even when typing out reviews on Amazon!Excellent buy.

Fantastic machine have it under my desk as work 9 to 5 Monday to Friday I literally peddle for all those hrs besides An hour lunch I have it on resistance 6 …..hours of peddle back and forward at intervals while working away typing and taking loads of calls it is super quiet An absolute diamond of a buy I do over 30 000 peddles in my workday and burn always way over 2000 plus calories honestly bought it a month ago October 2023 hope it lasts a long time as I work it hard and long but if I wear it out I will buy exactly the same model Happy customer for sure xx

I bought this for my da who isn't walking very well and it's helping in strengthening his leg movement and musclesIt has plenty of strength levels on it too. It was defo a good buy.

The best little exercise machine I've ever bought! I've already lost 13kg and am closer to my goal weight than ever before. Getting in my 10,000 daily steps has never been so easy. My only issue is that you should be prepared to lubricate it every few months!

Versatile

I like this - it is relatively quiet and easy to use. The different resistance settings cover a good range (at least for someone like me who does very little exercise). It has a little screen to show you how long you've been going - this does have a setting for calories burned but, in my experience, the figures feel over-optimistic.I use it on a wood floor so it does slip quite a bit, a little rug or some rubber grips might help keep it in place.

I'm really disappointed. When I unpacked the machine, it appeared to be brand new, but I noticed a chipped area in the paint, revealing rust underneath. For the price I paid, this is completely unacceptable.
