Patience required- worth the effort!!
Instructions do not have any English notifications, however pictures are adequate enough. Takes a little longer getting oriented with materials, but still really fun and good overall quality.

Missing a wooden part couldn’t finish. Directions are hard to follow. If you’re a beginner, do not recommend.

It is exactly what they show! Very fun. Need a lot of fine motor skills. Lights thought were bad so wrote to seller and they sent others. Need to check wires one by one because gray and white wires can be mixed up. Other than that. Perfect.

Don't be afraid of lower reviews simply because instructions are not in English. When you order this, just know the writing is some form of Chinese. This is my first type of mini house DIY purchase ever! First, I love the box it's packaged in. The Instruction booklet has Tons of wonderfully illustrated pictures and specific step-by-step order. My order was packaged neatly with the tools specified, durable wood pieces (NOT cardboard!), two pages of contents with color pictures, 5 pages of beautiful surface-covers on semi-gloss paper, and separate letter-labeled bags of neatly packaged items. I am thrilled to have my 9 year old open this for Christmas and help her work on it (item is rated as 14+ yrs). First saw these on Wish, so thankful that Amazon had them in stock!! Now I need to buy silicone glue and find 2 AA batteries. I think I'm more excited than my daughter will be 😂 This is going to be fun! I definitely recommend this product.

These are great for decoration only and very much fun to put together… You can download the directions in English… Just ask the seller if you can’t find
