Engaging globe and cards, talking about geography and culture and finding different places on the globe is so much fun for our 5 year old granddaughter and us too. The cards which accompany are especially useful and helpful and engaging, however one star off because of the TEENY tiny text used on the globe itself. Seriously, the font is microscopic and makes for identifying regions hard. We have to use it with a magnifying glass on hand. The size of the globe and the light feature makes this a really nice piece but they could have selected a map with larger font.

Size is great for kids! Really cool lit up too. The info and flags on the cards cards a great bonus.

I just wish it was bigger. However, it is very useful & valuable to us. I plan to splurge on a bigger globe & keep this as a nightlight or either regift it to another homeschooling family.

Although other reviewers said it was small, when I actually got it, it really looked quite small. The material is all plastic - not just the globe itself, which I would expect to be in plastic, but also the "frame" that holds it up. The whole things feels cheap, and given the price, I can find a lot of other toys/gifts that are more substantial. This was meant to be a gift for a 6YO but for the same price I'll find something better. Last thing I want is for the parents (our good friends) to think I bought a $15 gift despite spending $35 on it.

My son loves it, it's not super solid material but it's nice and the light inside is bright enough.

I purchased this for my 2nd grader grandson. He is becoming very curious about other countries right now and I thought this would be perfect to introduce him to other areas on the planet. The plus to this Globe is that it is a perfect size for him and it lights up from the inside. He absolutely loves it and will use it for many years to come.

Will use this product to teach our grandchildren the capitals of the world and where they are located in relation to where they live.Delivery was excellent but the packaging was very poor. There was really no packaging, just a label on the globe box which appeared to have been opened numerous times, although the globe and cards that came with it were all intact and new.

The light doesn't work. Expensive for no light and kids very disappointed.
