I have to pull the antennas off my Jeep before I can put it in the garage, and these quick disconnects do the job for me. Having a pair makes it possible to choose between running a full nine-foot whip out in the back country or something shorter for around town.

Quick Fast and in a hurry
Run multiple vehicles with CB’s and phone booster antenna. All have these quick disconnects. Work as advertised. No loss, I’ve found, in signal strength. I know some previous reviewers have had issues with noise with the antenna rocking on the mount, and I can say I have NOT had these issues. This could be due to where I have the antenna mounted or maybe a manufacturer change in design. Happy with the product.
