The chin strap was a bit tight at first, but works good. Snore has been greatly reduced, and my husband felt more comfortable wearing after 2 nights of use. It truly keeps his mouth closed and in place. My husband sleeps on his stomach and moves a lot during the night and although it doesn't always stay in place, it still prevents the snoring even after it's out !! However, I was pleasantly surprised on his first night using the product! It took a minute or so to adjust the Anti snoring stop snoring jaw strap to fit my husband comfortably but once it was on and he said that he could feel himself relaxing and all the tense he was feeling from a long day just faded away.So happy with the result. Usleepy Snoring Solution Anti Snoring Jaw Strap Supporter is a miracle. I never in a million years thought I would have needed or benefited from using an anti snoring device! But here I am and so glad I have this easy to use and comfortable chin strap. At first I was hesitant and contacted my doctor to try to find any other way to get rid of this awful snoring. She said go ahead and use it, the worst that can happen is you still snore. So I balked and delayed until finally my husband said for one night try it. And I did and it worked!!!! The main reason I purchased the strap was that I'm a mouth breather during sleep and I would wake up a few times each night with my tongue and mouth completely dry, and before I could fall asleep, I'd have to get mouth and tongue wet again.
