I like to wear lightweight sneakers or water shoes/sneakers to work because most of them such as these are pretty comfy to wear all day while standing/walking/working on your feet. In my case, these ran a bit larger than expected, but maybe 1/2 size too big, but you can only order full sizes...so I will keep these water sneakers. They look good, lightweight and feel pretty comfy to wear pretty much all day long with no big issues. The insoles kept coming out of mine every time I took these sneakers off, so I simply replaced the insoles with gel-type insoles as they were a bit heavier and stayed in these sneakers when I took these sneakers off my feet. These have a thin bungee like lace up system and not sure how durable they will be in time. There is a strap on 1 side of each sneaker to tighten them up a bit so they don't slide off your feet and they work well enough for me. Great not very expensive water sneakers and looks pretty good too. I gave it 5 stars....nice price, does the job well enough for me. If you need fairly cheap lightweight water shoes/sneakers for walking around, at the pool or beach or whatever....these water shoes or water sneakers probably will do the job just fine.

Pros: Lightweight, mesh upper keeps feet cool and dries quickly.Cons: Little cushioning and arch support, shallow lugs and sole does not wear well (picture).I've had these a few weeks and use them daily in the gym (weights and elliptical) and for occasional two mile walks on pavement. These work well in the gym and around the house, but as the picture shows, the soles are already wearing down after less than twenty miles walking on pavement (not scraping feet). While comfortable enough, there is not enough cushioning, arch support, nor lugging for serious hiking (i.e., buy a hiking boot or trail runner). However, the open plastic mesh upper makes for a very comfortable and breathable shoe in the gym, and I presume would be great on the beach or poolside.I also like that these shoes include elastic laces with an adjustable spring-clip to tighten them, so they become comfortably snug slip-ons that are easy to put on and take off. There was several inches of excess lace length, so I pried off the plastic end clips with a small screwdriver, trimmed the laces, then snapped the end clips back on.There are straps at the back of each shoe to tighten up the heel and help keep the foot from sliding around (I normally wear 11.5, so the size 12 is a bit loose). These straps loosen rather easily , but are also easy to tighten up as needed.

Great shoe. Fits perfectly. No ankle support but its just a beach shoe anyway. The back lace by my heal keeps getting loose after I retighten it every time. But if you have it too tight then the ruff parts of the shoe rubs red bluster spots on my feet. But a thin ankle sock stopped it. I walk a lot at work. So the grip on the shoe was grippy enough to walk around my job quickly and not slip and slide on the smooth tiles. It felt strange at first because the heal part of the shoe is so different. Its not curved or solid. Its just a thin cloth. However it still performed well as a walking shoe. I didn't notice a big difference. And I walk fast. These where as comfortable and grippy as any other sneaker I had for walking and even jogging.

I purchased these to go to the lake Memorial Weekend! Very impressed how well the water drained out of them and how quickly they dried! The campsite had loose rocks in the driveway and had no issues with walking on them also walked on jagged rocks down by lake area and also had no issues! I am glad I purchased these and would recommend! Thanks Tyler F.

Needed a pair of thin quick drying shoes for outdoor activities in Texas. I hate thick bulky hiking shoes and these are certainly not heavy. I have only worn them a few times but so far so good. They are roomy and very comfortable. I like that even when tightened there is still plenty of space in the toe box. The blue color is fun but not too crazy that I feel like I'm wearing kids shoes.

Cant really give a review on this since it was too large and had to return them. But from what I can say is that the shoe seems sturdy, and decently built. Nothing heavy duty about these shoes for hiking in rough and tough terrain, but great for a summer shoe: beach, boating, water park, etc.

it's a $11.50 per shoe. So for sheer fact that its that cheap, it should be 5 stars. But you are only going to like it as much as a $23 shoe. I have no regrets buying. But I would rather spend $50 on a high quality shoe they I will have confidence in for several years.

These were easily a size too large and the lace tightener broke the first time i tried them on. I should have paid more attention to the other neg reviews and passed on these.
