Ordered this product and twice, the frames came broken with the staples falling out.

Beautiful frames but the fasteners on the back are poor quality. Still workable and well worth the money!

Mine came with a larger then normal piece of glass, quality control fail
One piece of glass is slightly too big and whoever assembled it at the factory knew it because they scratched the crap out of the back of the frame to get it in.I spent 30 minutes flexing the frame back and forth to get the glass out. The whole time praying the glass wouldn't shatter while I did it. Then repeated the process to get it back together with my document sandwiched in there
