Backstory: I used to take Adderall. It did wonders for me initially & in a happy, stable environment however that changed for me. Many negative things started happening in my life out of my control, I was caught in the middle. My mother was sick a lot & watching her suffer helplessly took a toll. I was scared & sad. I found that the Adderall had me hyper focusing & fixating on all the negatives, physically and mentally. I was spending too much $ on quick pick me up vices & smoking like a chimney. It certainly didn’t help the depression I was in. I was also concerned with the feeling of control it had over me & the anxiety I would experience every time I had to refill my prescription. That was addiction. I felt the addiction outweighing the usefulness and decided to stop taking it. That was in June 2019. August of the same year, on my Mother’s birthday, I decided to quit smoking. I knew this would be a tough road. I had flashbacks to young adulthood when I had no energy, when getting out of bed was so hard it felt like there was a ton of bricks on top of me.I did of course deal with Adderall withdrawal & on top of that deciding to quick smoking was incredibly hard. My energy levels started to decline and it wasn’t easy as just picking up a cup of coffee. As a person with IBS, coffee, energy drinks or ANYTHING acidic gives me indigestion even with medicine. So I avoid at all costs. I tried caffeine pills & some muscle head energy pills, alternatives to the now banned ephedra. They all made me jittery and uncomfortable. None of them helped with mental clarity & focus. I tried other herbal “helps focus & energy” capsules on Amazon which didn’t do anything either. And then one day I stumbled upon these in my search.I figured “why not”, though I went into it 100000% skeptical. Initially I wasn’t blown away. I had taken several months worth before noticing a change but I did notice. Then I started feel better & better. Everything they say they do, they do. I feel energy, naturally. I thought, is this what normal energetic people feel like? Natural energy?! Energy with no side effects, no jitters & weird feelings. No come up or come down. I have mental clarity. Im able to focus. Im able to focus on ONE project and get it done before starting something else. That’s a big deal for me. As an artist who has a tendency to work on piles of projects and easily get overwhelmed from it, mental focus is extremely important to me. And If I don’t take it for a few days I notice a difference. I get tired & useless again which is my natural state. I also haven’t noticed and tolerance level build up. I’ve been consistently taking the prescribed 3 pills in the morning after breakfast for over a year and they work as they should.So I endorse them. I’ve been taking them for 13 months now and I’m so glad I tried them. Totally a lifesaver.

I've used Genius brand mushroom complex in the past, which I liked, but came across these which added other mushrooms to the mix and thought I'd give them a try. These are great! Mind you, you do need to take 3 of them (so if they could get all that potency into one capsule that would be an improvement) but they do work as advertised. I combine these with B12 sublingual drops and my work day is highly productive. I highly recommend! The price point is excellent for how well they perform.

I dont really know if the supplement has any kind of impact. But I know that I have mushrooms and multiple supplements that I take. Mushrooms are known to help combat cancer and have lots of other benefits. I try to eat them and take them as much as possible. And this is just one way to do so. The supplement is very low cost as well and seems like it's good quality. So I'll continue taking it.

There is no supplement that I have taken that enhanced how I think and feel within the first and second day of taking it, but this complex was able to do just that for me. The combination of lions mane, reishi, cordyceps, chaga, maitake, turkey tail, and shiitake carries a heaping abundance of positive effects for your nervous system, immune system, respiratory, inflammation in joints and muscles, and in general from what I am gathering and all of the research I've done on each individual species of mushroom, these things do an amazing job of keeping all of your cells healthy and happy. For me there was an instant change in the formation of my thoughts on the first and second days on the complex. I am a young normally nervous and highly anxious individual, which often restricts me from living my life as free as I would like to, I've been able to combat this with lots of mindful thinking techniques like exercise and meditation and all of these techniques work well. However, after taking the complex I immediately noticed I no longer had any anxiety or tension in my nerves. I no longer had to take notice that my jaw was clenched and no longer needed to remind myself to relax. Literally feels as if a weight has been lifted off of my shoulders. It is also worthy to mention the amount of energy I feel from taking it. Since on the mushroom complex i've actually found myself unable to be lazy(seriously!), if I try to lay down and take a nap at any time of the day I'll be unable to because I just have too much brain activity(but not in a bad way!). I find myself just wanting to read more or clean or practice guitar or do anything else I can think of that is productive. I had all of these things in my life before but before I would sometimes choose to take a nap instead or not always prioritize what is most productive. I just want to engage and participate in whatever way now, basically all the time. I would strongly recommend this for anybody who has problems with feeling anxious and if you just can't get a hold of your nerves. Give this stuff a try seriously, it will give you nerves of steel and this is just what I've observed mentally. Physically this stuff is working wonders for you from head to toe, strongly strongly strongly recommend this for anyone and everyone.
