Very simple but effective design that's is comfortable and fully adjustable for most skull sizes and shapes.The inside of the bands are lined with grippy rubber to prevent it from sliding or slipping off your head.

Good fit for my large head!
Liked the infinitely adjustable straps and it's comfortable. The little lines of rubber on the inside of the straps keep it from shifting .
