Effective and comfortable.
I have used it for just under two months, and I like it. I'm a side-sleeper, and it stays in place between my knees even when I turn from side to side multiple times per night. I am convinced that it has reduced my back pain. I recommend buying the cover.

Perfect!
Gave new life to my pillow. The case was worn out, it had been washed numerous times and was several years old. The pillow was still like new. This seemed to be a factory replacement & saved me some money being able to replace the cover. Looks brand new again. Very happy.
