This is a great replacement pillowcase and much more cost efficient than having to buy a new pillow. Fits like the original and soft.

It's great - fits perfectly.
First of all, this is the best knee pillow for me. But, the covers do eventually wear out, although the cushion itself stays like new. It's nice to be able to replace just the cover without having to replace the entire pillow (and much better for the environment as well).
