what a joke this sports bra is...there is no placement of pads in the bra.. no option to remove them.. they aren't attached anywhere in the bra so they kerp moving in the fabric and doesn't stay on place..bad built badly designed ..also their size isnt accurate...i wear xl size and as per their chart size went a size up 3xl was good for me.. so ordered it..but it was still small!
