This knife is very sharp and comfortable to use. The blade is thinner than a standard chef's knife so it slices and chops very easily. The blade is thinner and more flexible than a standard chef's knife so it's not suitable for heavier chopping. Because it is thinner, it slices through some things better and doesn't get stuck. I like the handle because it isn't slick and is comfortable to use. It is a high quality knife and I recommend it.

Great knife
Great knife—just what we wanted. We bought this to replace an old version of a similar knifeand love it. Enjoy the weight and the “hand feel” when using.
