This charger works great. I have an IPhone 8 Plus that will no longer work with a charger a plugin charger. I just lay my phone on the Anker 313 wireless charger and my phone is quickly fully charged.

Bought two of these and I was coming here to give this a 1-star review because it seems like the sweet spot was too small and it wont charge even through the thinnest of silicone cases.When I came to write this review I thought I would read some of the other reviews and someone else commented that they had 3 of them and noticed that using a high-quality AC adaptor seems to make a big difference. So instead of using the AD adaptor that came with my phone, I plugged these into my big fat Anker rapid charger. Volia! Problem solved.It now works flawlessly. If you are having trouble getting this to charge through a case, try it with a higher-quality adaptor.Given that these are sensitive to the quality of the AC adaptor being used, they really should have just included one that works, even if it raised the price. So dropping a star for that.

We've only had it for 2 days. So far it works great. Just set your phone on the pad and let it charge. Easy peasy.

Defective product that works off and on after moving it around.Update. Seller made the effort to reach out to me and refund. I therefore upgraded the review.

I love and trust Anker products, but this one fell short. The wireless charger didn't work consistently and charged very slowly. I've only used it to charge my iPhone. I also wish that the cord it came with was a bit longer. With the short cable, I am only able to use connect it to a tabletop power strip. The outlet adapter is not included.

Easy solution for wireless phone charging. If the phrase, "Lightning connector wiggle", rings a bell with you, you know that of which I speak. The set-up was intuitive and simple - just unpack it and plug-in. Centering the phone on the charging pad is almost an after-thought. The Anker pad charges my iPhone quickly and the heat level was low. I checked carefully for this the first few times and noticed no appreciable heat build up. One item during set up that does need close attention is the charging block you use. The instructions state specifically to NOT use the 5V charging block (white block charger) that came with your iPhone. I'm using a GAN (gallium nitride) quick charger, which I purchased on Amazon a couple of years ago, and the pad works great with the GAN charger.
