It’s an absolute waste of money! Its just an oily that will leave a greasy feeling. But it shows in the bottle that it is not greasy. What a scam? Not a money back guarantee

This spray helps with cramps and some muscles and joints, but doesn't provide total relief. I like the way it smells and feels on my hands after rubbing it in to my calves and back. I use it as one part out of three to help with calf cramps in the morning, and for muscle soreness.My three part calf cramp prevention:1. Hydration2. Electrolytes and lemon or vinegar water3. This magnesium oil sprayIf more than one is missing then sometime between 3:30 to 4:30 I am going to be up walking off a painful foot and/or calf cramp.

This product is AMAZING! If you have any sort of joint or muscle pain this will help to relieve it. It’s much better than the other topical brands that just numb or cool the skin. This could make you a little drowsy or relaxed which is great at night and if you have a hard time sleeping this works great for that too. I spray on back of neck, shoulders, hips, lower back, knees, feet, elbows, wherever I am having pain. I have also used it on my temples and forehead for headaches! I spray into my hand and use fingers to apply to temples and forehead. Highly recommend. Also comes in a roll on which is great to keep in bag or at work.

I had gotten Life Flo magnesium lotion with arnica montana a couple years ago and loved it. It was like a miracle on my low back. I hurt so bad I could barely walk. But after using that lotion in the evening, my pain was gone the next morning. Then I found they quit making it. Why????? I looked at all their products before deciding on this one. I tried it. Several times. The smell is nice. But it doesn’t rub in well at all. I’d been having awful shoulder and neck pain so I used it there. I ended up with an allergic reaction around my neck, I’m guessing to the strength of the oils they put in it. I ordered another brand of magnesium lotion. I don’t know why they stopped making an amazing product but I won’t use any of their products again.

My sister got me this, I'm amazed, this actually works. My hips and back lock up frequently after microdisectomy and my calves are always crazy tight. This helped immediately with both for me. I feel more muscle mobility. Great before going to PT.My brother in law has back problems but got no relief with this, so I think it either works or doesn't for you.It smells good and feels good, but it creates a sticky mess. I spray it in my hands in the bathroom then apply it, I don't mind it getting on my clothes after application.

I was really hoping this product would work for me. My massage therapist recommended it. However, I had a huge sensitivity to it. The burning sensation was unbearable. I had to take a shower and scrub. It was suggested that I apply lotion first then the spray but I’m honestly to afraid to even try that. I unfortunately kept too long to return.
