When buying paddles on Amazon, how much you like the front is 70% the decision. As far as I can tell all the paddles around 20-30$ are the same. I love this set for the color and feel of the paddle. I'm not good enough to care about proper spin, and these are an excellent cheap way to get into the hobby!Knocked off a star since you get a nice mesh bag that I wouldn't want to use to carry the paddles since it offers so little protection. Other brands come with nice little carrying bags.

I have only used this set for about three weeks but it is very easy and user friendly - the paddle is comfortable and I think good for me as a beginner and until I upgrade - I like that it also came with four balls and tape for the grip - I did not expect that - so far so good for an amateur!

Paddles came and they are a very good quality. My daughter had purchased the same model last year & they held up nicely.
