I still have a Connoisseurs ring cleaner from 1986. If this machine holds up and performs as well as mine has all these years then I will be very pleased!Very happy with all products by this brand!

Compact & easy to fill & empty. I tried it with a couple drops of dish soap. My jewelry is never really dirty, but wow was I surprised! It came out looking so much shinier & sparkly! Just follow directions on what not to clean, such as pearls & emeralds. If you have tarnished silver, it won't remove it so you need silver polish for that.

Difficult to use

I like how this works and it gets my jewelry clean:)

I especially like having separate baskets, one for the cleaning cycle and one for the rinse cycle.

I bought this for my wife who has a large collection of heirloom jewelry. She was quite disappointed when the only difference was them being wet. Going to have to return this for complete dissatisfaction.
