I have been having a bit of trouble with sluggish movements. Tried some stool softeners which helped a bit, but still felt i needed a bit of assistance. Heard of these before, and thought why not try. Took two the first night, and didn't notice much change, but after the second night!!! That did the trick, and definitely moved things along at a good pace! Don’t think i will need to keep taking them, as i feel 10lbs lighter already, do not feel bunged up any more. These are not for loosing weight, and it’s just an expression about the weight, but I definitely feel more comfortable now.I had to chuckle s it comes as a three pack, with a sticker saying “do not SEPARATE” so i was wondering if these would work or were they fake, well I can honestly say yes they do work. And who ever made the labels needs to learn to spell.

Senna have been around for a long time and are known to be effective. I personally find the liquid versions more effective but use these occasionally.

I tend to always turn to the old remedies with certain complaints and find these to be a lot more gentle on the system than some other products . The results are perhaps a little slower than some remedies and with these it’s important to stick to the recommended dose. So far I haven’t experienced any adverse effects on the stomach but, of course we are all different. Some other products to me seem far too extreme with the end result, and I will continue to use these Senna tablets for as long as I need them.

Purchased previously but this time the packaging has changed. Not sure if the formula has also changed but dont seem as effective although the tablets are twice the size of their predecessors!
