BUG SHEILD! WOW, we are impressed. Insect repellents tried over the past 10-20 years are mediocre at best. This one, we all sprayed ourselves, went to enjoy fireworks on our pontoon- and we could see the barrier between us & bugs. There was a swarm surrounding us- but we were in a protected bubble. No one got bit. Impressive.

If Mosquitoes are your friends, do not use this product. It works well, and keeps them far away!I swear my blood must be sugar water - maybe the daily energy drink? - as mosquitos are always all over me. I love to hike and do dog sports, and always carry this with me to keep the vampires... um, mosquitos AWAY.10 out of 10 recommend for anyone else that always attracts the wrong kind of pest and is trying to repel them. 🤣

I got this for our camping trip and sprayed my son like there was no tomorrow! He didn’t get a single bite, so it definitely worked. However, his clothes turned white from the spray, which was a bit annoying. The bottle is pretty small—we went through one per day. Effective, but be prepared to bring extras.

It sprays wet, but dries very fast. The two things I like best about this.First, it works. I’m usually prime meat for insects, I have no clue why, but I used this and for the majority of my birding walk I didn’t get bitten. As the day wore on I guess it wore off or sweat removed it, but after about three hours I had a few takers. It wasn’t nearly as bad as it usually is. Next time I plan to keep it with me to reapply.Second, it has virtually no scent. If I stick my nose right up against it when wet I can barely detect the smell of rubbing alcohol. Once dry, if I sniff it, it has a leafy smell. But I have to put my nose right up to it to smell anything. It’s really faint.Now I can watch the bird eating insects without insects eating me.

Great stuff for keeping tick and chiggers off. I had to clear a large lot full of brush and sprayed down with it and didn't get even ONE tick or chigger! Love it!

Great savings and the only spray I ever use on my family

Well my first impression was the comically small cans. I guess I was expecting a couple of those giant Easy-Off oven cleaner cans. Once I got past that I figured, it is what it is. I've been using Bullfrog with spf 50 for a very long time. I didn't want to use DEET but Bullfrog has problems. I still get the occasional bite, plus it's pretty oily. When I have left it on the counter & if it left a ring, then I accidentally put a t-shirt on top of it, the t-shirt was permanently stained.So I decided to try this because it said it's "dry." After I got over tiny-can shock, I sprayed it on. It's real aerosol so you have to be careful not to inhale it. I did not use a lot. A stripe up the front & back of each arm & leg, rubbed it in, put the leftover that was on my hands around my neck & face & a little on top of my head. Washed my hands! It is not purely "dry" like a powder but not oily at all. After it's rubbed in I can kind of feel it there but it isn't oily like the Bullfrog was.I'm amazed, but I guess I shouldn't be, that almost 8 hours later I was hearing mosquitos buzzing around me & I did not get a single bite, & believe me when I tell you I am their favorite meal. Not much more I can say about that.
