I really love the way the watch looks and feels. Very pretty, delicate and feminine (I hate bulky watches). It was a little too big for my wrist so a local jeweler adjusted it for free. Thinking about getting another one of these watches in gold so obviously I am very pleased.

This is a lovely watch. The band is just a little long but that is what I need so for me it's great!

SO pretty! Comes with a warranty in a gorgeous double packed box like it’s worth way more! (Which it is) the only thing is that it’s pretty big, so I’ll have to go get it altered for my mom.

The item is as described, the watch face is quite lovely, and it seems to keep good time so far. But buyers should be aware that the bracelet band is quite large and you'll most likely need to incur additional expense to take it to a jeweler to shorten it. I paid $10 which increased the price of the watch by 20%. I have a small wrist but even taking out 6 links it's still large. It wasn't possible to remove the links myself which was disappointing (and expensive). It would be better if that was possible or if there was the option of ordering a different size band (like with a Fitbit wristband). The company was generally non-responsive to my communications - other than to tell me to take it to a jeweler - which was again disappointing.

I think it is very dainty and pretty. The band almost looks like little hearts. I like it a lot.

This product is very overpriced. The asymmetrical face looks attractive on the product page, but in person? The face is extremely narrow. The asymmetry makes the face seem even more narrow. The band/bracelet is also quite small; the diameter would be more fitted to a tweenager than an older teen or an adult.I returned the product. The return was hassle a free and easy to do. I was refunded promptly. The customer service was much appreciated.

Why would you package such a good thing in just some foam and a plastic wrapper? Disgusting move!

Terrible packaging with this watch. Didn't even have a box. Came on some sort of foam and wrapped in plastic that took about 20 min to get off without damaging the watch. Quite disapointed in the quality

Nice watch ,delivered with in two days ,bought it as a gift to my sister . As a guy I felt watch dial is too small but it suits girls , authentic titan box was given as shown in pictures... Thank you amazon

It’s quite a nice (tiny) watch that I got for evening wear. The strap was way too big and there’s no way to remove the links yourself, you have to take it to the jewellers. Having had six links removed and got it to fit I then noticed that it had stopped. I therefore then had to pay again to replace the battery. Obviously I could have sent it back, but having got it the fit I didn’t want a replacement. Having had the battery replaced, the watch stopped working again after a few days. But changing the battery invalidated the warranty. So I ended up with no watch and no refund after having spent a lot of extra to try to get it to work.Also, despite having had a watch with the same kind of clasp before, I can’t open it as it’s too stiff, I have to get my partner to remove it for me. So even if it worked it would be annoying.
