Q: Does it have fart friendly fabric?... asking for a friend.

Well it's leather near the area where you would fart, so I guess not. Instead of silently going into fabric it might just rattle out against the leather. -knowledge from a friend.

Q: can anyone that has own this chair for over a year tell me if the bottom still well padded or is getting stiff??

Unfortunately, the padding had gone flat after only a few months. Note that I honestly don't use the computer that much so it doesn't get sat in often. While not bad, it is a little uncomfortable, and I only weigh around 145 lbs/66 kg so if you're heavier than that the padding might go flat even faster and also be even more uncomfortable to sit on. At this point, only a year and a half in, I'm definitely considering a new chair and willing to spend a bit more this time.

Q: How much weight can the chair handle?

The manufacturer states 250 pounds. If weight is a concern and you really want this chair then upgrade the pneumatic piston. You can buy a heavy duty one for 30 bucks or less on Amazon and replace the one on here. Hope that helps.
