Q: does this product contain artificial sweeteners i.e. Aspartame or Sucrulous

Depends on which one. Both have artificial sweeteners but one has sucralose.

Q: After you rinse your mouth after the 30 seconds as per the instructions, do you rinse your mouth out with water? The directions don't say.

It's a matter of taste: I usually don't, but there's no harm in rinsing if you want the listerine taste out of your mouth. (Presumably any germs that are going to be killed are already dead!)
