Took this for a month and i saw improvements in less than a month. Unfortunately couldn’t take it for next 10 days after that because i was travelling but i notice my symptoms, which maca improved, came back. So i just think i should take it for atleast 6 months with one day break each week to see some long term improvement. Also, after ten days when i took the left over maca for two days i had severe stomach cramps. Later when i studied about it i got to know that maca gets oxidised with time and after being oxidised it’s potency is low and has many side effects. So best it to but one pack and finish it with in 30 days of opening it.The brand is really nice. The price is a little higher than others but it is effective.

I was looking for something for energy, bc I've been absolutely zapped lately. I read about Maca Root & its benefits, decided to try. It has been LIFE CHANGING for me!! It has seemingly cured my extreme insomnia! It melts away anxiety for me. Almost works like am antidepressant, too. Perfect for postpartum, PCOS, menapause, libido, energy. So many applications. Wonderful plant!I started with an expensive American brand(MRM). When that was running out, I scrambled for an Indian brand to hold me over until my other orders get here(I order through iherb from America). I tried many lol. This is hands down the BEST maca brand in India. It's authentic, gelatinized, effective. Although I do have to take twice the amount of the Indian brand than the American one. But it does the job & has been incredible! Tree Foods Co, thank you!! 🙏🏻❤For new users, you have to start with small amounts. I recommend 3 grams to see how your body acclimates. If you have thyroid issues, never take the "raw" form of maca. That's the only contraindication I've read so far. It also can give you gas in general 😂 But that's a VERY small price to pay for the benefits it gives me!Also for new users, you have to start small bc maca is powerful. I took too much the first day(10 grams 😂 of the American brand), bc it takes about an hour to kick in, so I got a nagging headache & elevated blood pressure. The next day I took less & really felt the positive effects.I read another review that said they got a headache & fever. That means you likely took too much. There's a rare possibility you're allergic, maca is in the "brassica" (mustard) family, so avoid if you're allergic to that. I think since maca is so potent, the body has that reaction to it at first, esp if you take a high dose. I too had a reaction the first time, but my body acclimated & it's been a savior for me, now!I hope this helps!! Don't get any other brands in India, they're likely EXTREMELY low quality(like Siera brand 🤦🏼‍♀️) or raw while not disclosing that fact. Thanks Tree Foods Company! 🙏🏻❤

The red gelatinous maca powder is so easy to digest, Aids I’m so many healthy benefits and also tastes great! I’ve added it to my shakes and oatmeal and chia pudding and mug cakes and it enhances the flavour and nutrition quotient! Absolutely love it! Highly recommended
