Dimensions accurate, fit perfectly
I order this item from another vendor who as a replaced and it did not accurately describe the dimensions. That item was beveled so inner diameter at bottom was 19” but diameter at the top was 19.5” resulting in product not fitting the opening. Reviewed the dimensions of this product and saw that bottom and top were both 19”, perfect fit. Fire pit working great.

Works awesome for the price
Bought this on a sale built a little concrete fire table with it have it hooked to our house natural gas no tanks to file works perfectly for a fast option vs firing up the wood fire pit.

Great firepit. Already had connecting gas line, but it needs to come with it. Would make it easier to install. But the round ring is great.

DO NOT BUY!!! Doesn't work, not returnable
This product DOES NOT work. Only a couple holes will burn and they fizzle out. I tried changing propane tanks, hoses, connectors ... nothing fixed the problem. You can't return it. They force you to call customer service but then they hang up on you. It's a vicious cycle.I've never been disappointed with a product purchased. Ridiculously expensive for the quality - even if it worked.

Ok… not as many flames as original
Old gas ring rusted out. This one gives a flame… just not near as much as the original. Disappointed

I CANNOT GET A FULL BURN
I have purchased everything that is supposed to make it work perfectly. And it won’t burn 100% from the holes. If a wind comes it actually blows the flame out. Here is the kicker, how in the hell do you get in touch with the manufacturer. Very DISAPPOINTED

25% of holes have a flame
As others have mentioned, only a small percentage of the holes receive enough gas to create a flame. The inner circle is burning but nothing on the outer ring. I tried multiple tanks and standard regulators which did not improve the amount of flame.Any suggestions from others would be helpful.
