I was not disappointed

This product's charger was already damage and when I tried to share a complaint for a return , I was told the product return date was close.Its just a month now since I bought it but I have used it for only two weeks.The charger almost burnt the laptop in the second week and now I can't use it anymore

So I bought this thing a few weeks ago, it came in with a charger and there were some big scratches, the Samsung logo was missing from under the display which was a bummer. I've noticed that the thing may be renewed but that doesnt mean the cosmetic issues are not there, the blue from the USB 3.0 port is wearing off, and there were tons of scratches and some minor cracks on the case, this doesn't matter to me but it does matter to some peopleHowever despite that I've used the thing as a Linux ARM32 test bench for the software I develop and it does the jobHowever I wouldn't recommend the average person to get this as the software is severely out of date and overall performance is bad for people who use Chromebooks for web browsing and email, I'd say get a Chromebook duet from Lenovo, it's more pricey but you get a way better product for the money and around 8 years of guaranteed updates.

Its So Good And Fast The Only Problem Is That The Screen Make Lines When Moving It. But afterall its still good

I dont like it, and the charger is not connecting to the laptop

this device is good for personal internet use
