As other reviewers have commented, there are NO instructions. Everything arrives in a plastic, zip-lock bag, and you're on your own as far as figuring out how to use anything. BUT ... I bought it for the chest harness. I'm an average-size adult male, just over 6 feet tall and a bit over 200 pounds. I'm not skinny, but I'm also far from morbidly obese. The chest harness seems to have been sized for 6-year old kids. There's no way it would buckle around me and, if it did, the camera would have been just beneath my chan rather than centered on my chest.I hope I can return it, because I sure can't use it.

Selfie stick screw doesn’t adjust firmly to the camera adapter. I bought this bundle because I wanted to use my AKASO camera with the selfie stick when diving. The stick’s screw does not fully adjust to any of the accessories the camara has. I believe Timothy’s comment is correct. The plastic connection upper part of the stick is cheap. I tried to screw it so hard (with no luck) that I cannot unscrew it now. Very disappointed because the camera is unstable and will move during every activity. I have not tried to use the other accessories yet (with helmets or chest). Lack of directions is disappointing too.

The head band and chest strap is made of tough material. The plastic pieces are strong plastic. Now, It does not come with instructions. they do provide detailed pictures how to use the head strap and the chest strap. This is found on their link in Amazons website for purchasing the accessories. I snipped the pictures and put it with a copy of the instructions. I got off their website. I would recommend this accessory package to friends and family. It has a website crosstour.co. There is support and downloads available. It comes with a 1 year warranty. Most are 90 days.The camera is 170 degrees wide. I am most impressed with the camera and the accessory package. I rated both 5 stars.

I bought this believing I could mount my small Casio digital camera to the selfie stick, chest harness or head band. Nope. There is a 1/4-20 threat mount on the selfie stick that will accept a small digital camera with the standard tripod mount, and there is a GoPro adapter that can be used to mount a GoPro on the selfie stick. The chest harness and headband have mounts for a GoPro, but there is no 1/4-20 tripod mount for the chest harness or headband. This was useless for me so I must return it.I gave the three star review for reasonably good value for low price, assuming you have a GoPro. I'd have given four stars for value, but I deducted a star for the marketing that made me believe I was getting a universal solution for mounting a GoPro (that I might get in the future) and the Casio digital camera (that I have now) on the selfie stick, chest harness or headband.

I bought an action camera that had very few attachments in the package. I ordered this to enable me to use the camera in the myriad of insane situations and conditions I intend to use it in. Well worth the money and SO much less expensive than the same version of GoPro attachments and 1/4th the cost!
