This product is ok, the only thing I did n't like about the product is the blade section is completely plastic while some brands have the blade portion made of steel. Blades are sharp enough. This brand deserves 5 star for the after sales service. The wet grinder jar was leaking liquid when making smoothies. I raised a complaint about this with customer care, after collecting all details, they confirm that they will provide replacement jar under warranty. They delivered the replacement jar promptly which did not have the leakage problem anymore. Great service. Also, this brand actually is able to sell spare parts if required which is highly beneficial since other spare parts are not available easily for other branded smoothie makers. Keep up the great service.
