This is my third paid of blue light blocking glasses. The other two pairs were clear glass and their effect was not really noticeable on my sleep, however these glasses have a strong tint, which whilst not unappealing, does take a few minutes, or tries to get used to. Once worn for a short while you do forget about the tint however and only notice the impact when you remove them and how bright and white your lighting/screens seem.I put them on about 2 hours before I usually go to bed, which is about 10:30/45pm and I track my sleep every night with my watch. Since starting this new bedtime routine with the glasses watching movies, sport or mobile devices in the evening with the glasses on, my deep sleep has improved significantly with avg. times going from 1:15h per night of deep sleep to closer to 2 hrs and feeling a bit more rested. It's still relatively early days, but as I check my sleep quality every morning I know what my normal numbers are and the needle has definitely shifted in right direction.The glasses are well made and have a solid hard cover as well as a soft pouch, so I can't complain. They fit my head which the previous ones didn't and had to be sent back.I think they look okay and not stupid, but because of the funky orange tint to the glass I would not wear them very comfortably out and about, but then again after some time I might be bolder as I do think they do a job. Besides it's more likely you're at home when you put them on. In short I can recommend these blue light blocking glasses in all areas.

Great, makes everything seem even sunnier :|] though they may take a bit of getting used to really protect your eyes, eyes seem to work better after wearing them as well like your eyes are renewed after a good rest.They don’t leave much of a mark an your nose either which I really appreciateThanks :)

Good product. Blocks out everything. Shame it makes everything a bit orange though. If there were clear ones that block out 100% I would def buy

Advertised as next day with Prime. May receive communication email to state delivery delays, but this may not be accurate. Unsure why these issues are apparent. Item was satisfactory and a reasonable price. Communications let the sale down, caused unnecessary issues.

I liked the variety of styles and that you can pick how light blocking they are, they fit over my normal glasses nicely and are smooth/ soft to the touch and do help with my circadian rhythm disorder

I might have overestimated the colour. But it does what it says on the tin.
