Q: It says it’s 400lbs.How do you move it to clean under it?

The scale itself weighs under 5 pounds; however, it will weigh things that weigh up to 400 pounds. Where most scales have a weight limit of 300-350 pounds where anything over doesn't register, this one you can weigh 399 pounds & it will still give you your weight. I just lift one end up to lean mine against the wall, clean where it was setting, then put it back in place. After doing that you all you need to do is the recalibrate step on it so it will weigh right when you use it next.

Q: Can it measure small amount such as 7lbs?

No. This scale won’t register anything under the weight of a small human. So it’s no good for weighing pets or backpacking packs unless it is literally on your body (not how I do things). I returned the scale.

Q: Can this scale be stored upright when not in use and brought out when needed without any problem?

I store mine upright in a cabinet since I purchased it and have had no issues. It still works properly. I hope this helps.

Q: Can it weigh in kilograms?

Just divide your number in lbs by 2.2! 1lb=2.2kg
