Q: I’m not sure how to wrap my knee in this. Should have kept the box. 😖

The top is the opening opposite the straps. When you leg is fully in the sleeve, the straps are on the bottom and in the back. To tighten the straps, (there are two straps) pull the one on the right side around to the front, just below the knee, across the front and around to the back again, and attach it to the velcro pad in the front. Do the same thing with the strap on the left side, just oppositebringing it from the left side around to the right, then around the back of your leg and attaching it to the velcro pad in the front, Both straps attach to the same velcro pad in the front, so each strap can use only 1/2 of the pad to attach. If you find it to be too tight after you walk for awhile, the straps can be attached to the brace not quite at the velcro pad. I did this the last time I wore the brace, and it was more comfortable. I hope this makes sense for you. It's a great knee brace.

Because of eight surgeries on this knee, i used above the knee as it is the largest circumference, and the brace is snug at the top.

The first line of the Manufacturer's Product Description is as follows, "To find your correct size, simply measure your knee circumference, about 5 Inches above your Kneecap."

Q: the brace fits my knee, but the straps don't stretch long enough to get to the velcro spot. Is there something I can do to make them reach?

Check the ends of the straps. On mine there were about two inches that were folded back on itself. I pulled apart the ends and then there was enough to reach where it’s supposed to.
