Switched from Always; glad I did. Cotton is the only way to go ladies, these things breathe, and are cooling. Your nether-region would thank you, repeatedly, if she could.

Bunches up and not as absorption as other brands. Like the fact it is cotton .

So I use these for light urine leakage. I used to buy st Target until they stopped selling. I personally like the herbal version. But please be aware that some people may find that off putting or an irritation. Personally I love them. I find the Poise brand to bother me. These aren’t as “firm” as more popular brands do they will crush more easily. But I find they stay fresher on me and are more comfortable.

I bought these based on a recommendation from a friend to use after having a baby. I tried it one time and had to take it off within minutes due to a very uncomfortable burning sensation. I thought it was supposed to be cooling but it was the opposite. Don’t recommend at all!
