AcnecideFace Gel 5% Benzoyl Peroxide Acne Treatment for Spot Prone Skin 15g

My 15 year old son is suffering with constant breakouts so after doing alot of reading this cream sounded the best and the reviews are excellent...You would not believe the difference it has made to his face, the spots have all dried up and no new ones are forming. It works as kind of a blocker to bacteria forming I guess, the only down side is that it's caused him to have some dry skin patches around the sides of his mouth. Apart from that this is excellent, I wish they did larger tubes though because it doesn't last 5 minutes.

this product cleared my skin within a day of using, I used sparingly & only applied to the actual spot itself if it was a large inflamed spot with no white head & I applied sparingly all over the blemished areas as there’s more little spot build ups there & I can safely say after struggling for around a year & a half with mild hormonal acne & spots from smoking this product has restored my confidence & has cleared my skin almost entirely. It even reduces scars too! Brilliant product & so cheap…can’t complain really. I’m even considering purchasing the face wash to use together but I’ll give this product a little more time first

This stuff actually works. You do need to use it for a week or so before you notice a difference. I sometimes buy the 30g version online because 15 grams doesn't last long. Just beware not to use too close to the skin around your eyes, it will irritate them. It does dry out your skin after prolonged use.

I recently started using Acnecide Face Gel 5% Benzoyl Peroxide in hopes of tackling my spot-prone skin. While I understand that acne treatments take time, after two weeks of consistent use, I haven't noticed a significant improvement yet.My main concerns are:Price vs. Size:The 15g tube feels quite small, especially considering the price. It seems like it won't last very long with regular use.Lack of Body Acne Option:I also struggle with back acne, and I'm disappointed that Acnecide doesn't offer a larger tub or a product specifically formulated for body acne. It would be much more practical for treating larger surface areas.Slow Results:After two weeks of using the product, there has not been a significant reduction in my acne.Pros:Contains 5% Benzoyl Peroxide, a known acne-fighting ingredient.Cons:Small tube size for the price.No option for body acne treatment.Slow to show results.Overall:While I'm willing to give it more time, I'm currently underwhelmed by Acnecide Face Gel. The small tube size and the lack of a body acne option are definite drawbacks. If you have a small area of acne, this product might work for you. But if you have acne on larger portions of your body, or want a product that gives quicker results, you may want to look at other options.

Very happy!I didn’t expect to be writing this review but I’m so relived and happy. I have been experiencing hormonal breakouts due to perimenopause. I really paired back the products I was using. Tried natural remedies. 6 months and nothing I did was helping. I rarely use medicated treatments but I needed to do something. The state of my face was really getting me down.One treatment was all it took, overnight to clear my skin. I feel like I’m starting a fresh with a new shin. My face is actually glowing. I hope not to be using this too regularly, though I didn’t experience any issues, it’s clearly very strong. I’m just so happy to have found this product.

This works! I’ve tried the lot but this actually works. Do follow the instructions though. I applied it more often than recommended and it dried my spots leaving dried red skin which I then had to moisturise. Anyway it worked and spots all gone 👍

I would highly recommend doing a test patch on your skin first, preferably on your face as your skin can be much more delicate, than like somewhere on your arm.I had a huge breakout on my face, which is usually related to my monthly cycle. I had read such good reviews on this product, so I was quite optimistic. I have tried it numerous times, to see if my face can get used to it and it definitely can't. I'm not sure if I am allergic to the product, but I looked like a beetroot!!The last time I used it, I had a huge rash all over my face which then dried my skin out so much and it started to scab. So I would definitely recommend doing a patch test. Again, I am not sure if I have an allergy to the benzoyl peroxide, but I don't usually react to products and have used strong retinols, without issue.The only reason I have given it 2 stars is that it completely cleared up my skin once it had healed
