CCNA Cisco Certified Network Associate Deluxe Study Guide, (Includes 2 CD-ROMs) 6th Edition

This came fast and it was worth it. The CDs that came with it work and help alot. The virtual lab CD gives you hands on experience of CCNA which is great. Thanks for everything.

I would recommend this book to anyone that is starting out new on learning Cisco Certified Network Associate and getting the certification for it.

Don't buy the Kindle edition of the Deluxe Study Guide!! Amazon has no way to send you the bonus CD's. If you want the Virtual Lab like I did then buy the hardcover. If you don't need the bonus CD's and Virtual Lab then buy the 7th edition for $18 for Kindle.Customer service was good and refunded my money right away but I am very disappointed in Amazon for the way they handled this product.

I got this book because it is required for a class that I am taking at a local college. The way the item was packaged cause the corners to bend a little. The CD's that came with the book also work.

Exactly as advertised! The book is in great shape and the DVDs were included. Good deal as far as I'm concerned!
