Great selection of high voltage caps
This set has a good selection of high-voltage capacitors, which are typically expensive. This cut my cost for a repair of a 1943 oscilloscope tenfold compared to buying all the components I needed, it essentially contained all but 2 of the 25 components I needed. The box is also wide and easy to use. The capacitors I tested were fully in the tolerances indicated. I'm extremely satisfied with that purchase!

I bought this fully expecting some duds, and duds there were. I painstakingly measured the capacitance of every single capacitor to make sure they were within tolerance and correctly sorted. Nearly half of of the value "bins" had caps that fell outside of the 20% tolerance, some below, but more were slightly above. There were some values that had a majority of duds (below 20%), and also had some with completely dead caps. The worst was the 33uF bin. Every single "33uF" cap measured between 70-86uF... way beyond the 20%. Clearly as if the factory just mislabeled poor 100uF caps. I bought a second kit just to see if I got a bad kit, but the second one had the exact same issue. That said, some bins did have every caps within spec, so it wasn't like this was an issue with every value. I just advise to expect duds in this kit (this seems to be common with these types of kits, however). I got this to have a variety of caps to breadboard with, and I'm sure they will be just fine for that. I would not trust these to repair any valuable electronic though.

Works just like they should.
I didn't have any capacitors around when I needed to fix a small appliance. These were just the ticket. They were just what I needed to provide a fix. This was my first time fixing anything like this, and it worked just as expected. I am very satisfied.
