As my title description says this does in fact fit the Perseus gen 2 16mm paddle. Yes, it is a bit snug, but that may be the point. Also, it is made of a neoprene like material -- like a wetsuit -- so there is a stretch to it making the fit nice and snug. Others have commented on the value of the product and I see where they are coming from. Other generic models that appear the same as this save the branding are significantly less. I purchased one that was a warehouse deal and saved four dollars or so.Durability is yet to be determined, however handling the cover it appears as if it is well made. I mentioned that it has a wet suit like material makeup however it is not as thick as a wetsuit. Should be just fine for its intended use.edit: i purchased another one that was a warehouse deal and it came with a substantial crease in the headcover, as if someone folded it half and drove a semi over it and left it there for weeks.Still works fine as my previous one. Just wanted to mention this experience. I love amazon but every now and then i get something from a warehouse deal that is a bit shocking.edit #2: Updating on my second purchase with the crease in it. Over time and due to the nature of the material the crease has straightened out and is hardly noticeable. I have since purchased another one on prime day -- new condition on sale for same price as warehouse deal -- and that too was perfect.

This paddle cover is perfect my my joola Ben Johns Hyperion 16 mm paddle. At first it appears a little too small ( although the whole paddle fits in there) but overtime the material stretched a out and it fits perfectly.

I’m using this JOOLA neoprene paddle cover on my Percious IV 16mm, and while it fits a bit tighter than I expected, it still gets the job done. Once it’s on, the paddle feels well protected and secure. The material is durable and offers solid protection from scratches and dust. It’s slim enough to throw in my bag without adding bulk. Overall, a great cover—just be aware it’s a snug fit for thicker paddles like the 16mm.

I use it with my Hyperion 16mm 3s Ben Johns paddle to protect it since it is the most expensive paddle in my bag.This is a high quality paddle cover that fits Hyperion shaped Joola paddles perfectly. And by perfectly, I mean snuggly. So snug that if you don’t insert the paddle at the right angle you won’t be able to get it in! High quality zipper and cool Joola logo top it off.That said, if someone spends $300 on a paddle it should really come with a free paddle cover.Even the $130 Alecto 3 comes with a paddle cover of similar quality for free!!!Bottom line, would buy again (but wish I didn’t have to in the first place).

No going to waste words, absolutely awesome. Had to get use to it but after I did just make the game easier. I'm about 3.0 just to let you know it's a great paddle even for us hackers. :-). One thing that is disappointing no head cover. 279.00 and can't throw in head cover. No other complaints.
