Primal Harvest Calcium Carbonate Bone Health Complex for Men and Women with Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc, Manganese, Potassium, and L-Carnitine

I have been Primal Harvest Bone Health for almost a year. Went in for a bone density test 2 weeks ago and everything was great. no change in my test for two years. My doctor was very happy. I will continue to take Primal Harvest.

Seems to be a quality priduct

We have a revolving subscription to this product. We usually have a great experience, but our last order had multiple busted capsules and this led to yellow hands and stained clothes due to what I am guessing is the turmeric. I did not want to write a review, as I believe this to be an easily resolved action item. This is just the only forum to reach the vender since there is a no return policy.

Good product easy to take

I recently fractured my wrist. As I’m nearly 70 and a woman, I thought some bone building products would be beneficial. I started with 2 with breakfast and 2 with lunch, with food, as directed. I didn’t notice any change that day/night. I took the same the next day and that night my heartbeat was noticeable at bedtime but I had no issue going to sleep but noticed an elevated heartbeat. The next day, I took the recommended amount and I experienced a thumping heartbeat all day and that night, I was awakened by my heartbeat banging away so loudly it frightened me. The next day, I took 1/2 the amount and only at breakfast. It still affected me the same. I only took one pill the next day, and had noticeable heart pounding and so I stopped taking it completely. On night 7, it finally returned to normal. So, I’m not going to take anymore of these. I only took 11 pills total. I have never had any supplement affect me like this. Scary.

Better to swallow than other products.
