It was kind of hard to put up but afterwards, the finished project is gorgeous ! The first pick is the done pic . The second was putting the lil crystals one by one in !!! They need better hooks but it does the job !

Update:Received a response from the seller and as per the instructions, remote setup need to be done with in 5 seconds after turning on the light. This suggestion helped and I am able to setup the remote.seller confirmed that using the provided screw anchors are good enough to support this light.Seller also provided instructions to bring the small circular light down, I haven't tried them yet.Only the center piece position is still an issue and waiting for a response from the seller on this. I will update this review when I get it.Over all the light is looking good and it would be better if the instructions are more clear and remote setup steps are included.Changed to 4 star now.Instructions are not so helpful. Here is my feedback and same was sent to the seller for clarifications.1. The instructions says to attach the light fixture to the sheetrock on ceiling with screw anchors. No instructions to attach to the stud or junction box. I am doubtful if this will stay strong without collapsing.2. How do I setup the remote? The instructions are very bad and no way I can understand, even though they are in English. I am unable to setup the remote and change the colors.3. How do I attach the center hanging piece (Item C)? The hook is not in the center and now, the item C is hanging, but not in the middle of the smaller circular light.4. How do I bring the small circle light down? I don't see any instructions for this?

ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!! They are soooo BEAUTIFUL I brought 4!! Lights up Perfectly with enough light in my hallway, 1 in the kitchen and 1 upstairs in my loft.

Light is beautiful! Installed light and not hard at all. Remote controls don’t work. Tried to order just remote but Amazon said they couldn’t do that. So I ordered another one and it had been used and no remote. Sent it back and you sent me a replacement and still no remote. Called customer service and they said they would send me remote but it’s not the same one. Also I had to pay for it. I ordered a lot merchandise from Amazon. I’m really not happy about this. This was a Christmas gift to my girlfriend. I hope we get this resolved. Unhappy customer

Very nice alittle tricky getting the pieces on the hang

This chandelier looks amazing, especially for the price. We put it in our daughter's room ro replace an old ceiling fan and it lights it up beautifully. The remote to adjust the color temp, dimming, and to be able to remotely turn it off is super handy.However, the mounting method is sketchy at best, and a code violation at worst. It's designed to mount into the sheet rock with screw anchors rather than to a junction box. If you do this you are asking for it to come crashing down (it is NOT lightweight). I would up drilling two additional holes on the mounting strap so I could attach it to the junction box, as well as adding the screws and anchors into the sheet rock. The mounting strap is very flimsy and it still sags, which means the light isn't flush against the ceiling, which is annoying. I'm going to grab a ceiling medallion with a 12" inner diameter to help hide the gap.
