Highly effective and has a nice fresh scent! It is white when sprayed onto hair but disappears once it’s rubbed in or hair is brushed. It doesn’t leave a greasy residue on light colored hair.

Always a good, solid dry shampoo. Doesn’t make my scalp itch and feel too gross when I have to use it which is a plus. And the ingredients aren’t as bad as some of the drug store brands.

I have color treated, fine hair, so I don't wash my hair everyday. On the days I don't wash, I have to use dry shampoo or it looks yucky and unwashed. When I tried Amika Perk Up Plus, I was hooked! It works like none of the other dry shampoos I have tried. It is light and powerful. It smells incredible. I spray at my roots, rub slightly with my fingers, then brush it out. Instantly, it takes away any greasy texture. It gives me volume that lasts all day. I've used it several days in a row and it does not leave any buildup. I have auburn colored hair and it also does not leave any visible residue or white color. I also love the fact that it gives my hair SHINE! The other dry shampoos would dull my color and leave a matte finish, but Amika leaves it glossy with no residue. I was hesitant at first to pay $30 for a can of dry shampoo, but it lasts me about 3 months for one 5.3 ounce can. In addition, when I finally shampoo my hair, it rinses out cleanly and completely. I will only use this from now on!

This product is incredible and it smells amazing. My hair is dyed a natural copper and most of my roots are very dark brown - no residue whatsoever on the lighter parts of my hair (bangs) or on the roots. I used to have to wash my hair 4x a week due to oil build up but now I only have to wash it 2-3x. It provides enough hold to revamp my bangs even on day 3. I will say I have very fine hair and due to its lighter nature I could see it not having enough hold for someone with thicker hair.

First of all let me say I have brown, very long, fine thin hair that is super greasy the next day after washing. I still only wash my hair twice a week at the most. Sometimes I can go 5 days before I wash my hair. Usually dry shampoo sprays do not work for me. What usually works for me is another expensive brand that is an actual powder, but it leaves a white cast.I expected great results from this dry shampoo based off reviews and the fact it says it's meant for day 4-5 hair. At the very least it should significantly help my 2nd day hair. It does help my 2nd to 3rd day hair but I have to use lots of it! I bought the larger size bottle and have used it maybe 8-10 times and it's already getting low.I'm normally not bothered by scents in hair products but the smell is very strong and has given me headaches since I have to use so much. The smell isn't bad just strong.Compared to the brand I normally use, this dry shampoo doesn't leave a white cast so I do love that.I would say this product works, but I'm not sure I'll repurchase it since it is so expensive and it takes a large amount of the product to actually see results.Maybe I just expected too much from this product. But I think saying it's for 4-5 day hair is pushing it.

Works great and lasts long! But even tho there’s a small bit left, it won’t come out unfortunately
