Q: Anyone who mixes this with vinegar and water in a quart size spray bottle for bathroom cleaning: how much vinegar do you use?

For bathroom all-purpose style cleaner, i use equal parts Sal Suds, distilled vinegar, and water. i don't add salt to this mix as i do for dishes. The salt thickens the mixture, whhich is great at the sink - but not so great in a spray bottle

Q: Does this work well cleaning ovens or a gas stove-top? I'm looking for an alternative to the usual Easy-Off.

Yes! I use this to clean my cooktop. It cuts grease very well. It is truly an all-purpose cleaner.

Q: is this unscented or scented on its own? I know you can buy it scented or add you own oils to scent. But is this Sal Sud the unscented one?

Sal Suds is NOT for use on humans or animals. There are very REAL scientific reasons for this - using this soap on humans is NOT safe. It is for household cleaning/dishes/laundry - basically for OBJECTS and not for living subjects. It contains entirely DIFFERENT ingredients than the other soaps Bronner sells. Sal Suds does contain concentrated oil from FIR trees - which means it smells like a fir tree and is detectable to all save those who are "challenged" by a poor sense of smell. If you seek soak for the human body - Bronner offers UNSCENTED (the one labeled "BABY" is unscented) as well as a variety of scented soaps with added essential oils.

Q: Is this safe to use on travertine floors?

Yes, but make sure you rinse thoroughly. Especially if the beautiful natural nooks and crannies are not filled in with grout, I can see were this product (and most products, honestly) would eventually develop a waxy build-up.
