The transparent lenses are useful for working with colour-sensitive tasks, and they come with a cleaning cloth and a carrying bag, which is a nice bonus.The only downsides I've encountered are the initial smell when you first open them—it's not overpowering, but it does linger for a few days, so it might be off-putting for some. Additionally, they feel a bit heavier than traditional glasses, so if you're used to lightweight frames, it may take some getting used to.If you're not working with colours specifically, I would suggest opting for the coloured lenses, as they’re more effective in blocking blue light and reducing eye strain for prolonged use. After 10 mins of usage and looking at different kinds of screens, and different coloured things and lights; all i can say is think of night light mode on a computer, but the colour rendition is closer to it's natural colour.
