Brilliant product so much better than the gels I have previously used. Absolutely no GI issues, tastes lovely and good energy boost in my Half Marathon.Will not be using any other products moving forward.

I like the idea of it being natural gel with added electrolytes. Provides a good boost, however, while running it is very hard to swallow plus as it is pure honey it does get too sweet. Another thing noticed that unpleasantly gets “glued” around the mouth and in the throat. Maybe would suit more those who are cycling.

Easy to carry, taste like you'd expect. Gives a good boost 30 minutes before a parkrun.Gotta be honest though. It's a pig to open. I now take a small pair of scissors to cut open.

Love the mix of honey and electrolytes. Teased great. Having more natural energy boost. Only issue not as easy as jels especially when cold. Not like runny honey. Had to stop ruining. But what helps is you warm it up first (bodyheat great) to help it becomes more runny/gel like.

Love these, give great energy on middle and long distance runs. Love that they are totally natural with electrolytes, no funny tummy like traditional gels. I had one on a half marathon and one on a triathlon recently and gave great boost. Packet can be tough to open and harder on cold days but I felt that meant I didn’t need to do whole sachet on mid distance runs and could fold over and sit in pocket without any leakage as the honey is quite solid on colder days.

Taste good and have no rubbish in, but set hard in the packet and impossible to use on the go. I've ended up using them at home, when I can cut the top off with a pair of scissors and squeeze the contents out at my leisure. No good for races or out and about.

Amazing company - Buzz has a fabulous taste and texture, plus great customer service. Recent order was delayed due to postal strikes; Buzz sent an expedited duplicate shipment in order for me to receive it in time before two 1/2s that I was running that month. In addition, they very generously included a complimentary new product: a Buzz Power Energy Eco Pack with propolis, which was fantastic. My whole family loves this Buzz - our children use it prior to swim competitions for a little extra all natural boost.

Arrived crystallised in the packet. Taste good but not easy to eat whilst on the move
