Overall solid product. Generally detail cars using a 'rinseless' approach with distilled or DI water, and got tired of going to the local grocery for it. This system makes it way easier to source soft water, and is portable enough to be mobile. I am also able to use this in conjunction with my Ryoi pressure washer (1.8psi/1.2gpm) and do not experience any reduction in performance. Took me a few times using it to learn to drain the water/hose line AND 'de-pressurize' the containers before disconnecting things (water goes everywhere). I use quick connects on both sides for convenience. No leaks or drips.- everything connects and works as it should. During the install I ran into some challenges and called iSpring Water Customer Support. The support rep, Nick, was super helpful and took immediate action to help resolve (10/10 customer support, thanks Nick!!).

This ispring D I filter with bypass is excellent in nature. It is solid in built the filters, case and dolly. I did alot of research before i decided on ispring d.i and i did not make a mistake im so happy when it arrived because of how it looks and perform. 0 ppm all day. Thanks ispring i highly recommend it! 5 stars even with a missing extra O ring which i already emailed them about it .Great customer service esp. Francis .More power to yall

The iSpring Spotless Car Wash System (Model WGB22BD-BP) is a must-have for any car enthusiast. It delivers truly spotless, streak-free results thanks to the deionized water—no more water spots, even in direct sunlight! The bypass valve is a great touch, letting you easily switch between filtered and regular water.I did have a a couple hiccups with a few missing parts, but iSpring’s customer service was fantastic. Nick responded quickly and had the replacements shipped out immediately. His help was above and beyond what I expected—super professional and efficient.Great product, even better support. Highly recommend!

I use this product for work. When it works it works well. My home water is about 250 PPM and it gets it down to about 18 PPM. Good enough to not leave streaks or marks for the most part. Then it just stopped working on me and I have no idea why. It still came out of the machine at 250 roughly. I reached out of their support staff and after getting through to them Sean helped me out and sent replacement filters FOR FREE. He’s been very good at communicating with us and helping us out. Thank you Sean!!

Nick at it again helping to get my new product registered. This company is amazing literally. In today’s world sooooo many companies don’t do right by their customers when the products or processes don’t work, BUT NOT iSpring, they LEAD THE PACK in great customer service and doing right by their customers, and it’s literally why I bought this additional new product from them! This significantly helped with eliminating water spots when washing and reduced the need to really dry the car (except when there is pollen in the air). Highly recommend the filtration system.

Bought this for my black corvette I used it only about 9 times and always used the the bypass valve while washing and rinsing the car and only the final rinse did I turn on the filtered water and it worked GREAT untill it didnt !!! Now here I am a few months later and only 9 rinses and it’s no longer filtering the water and the replacement resin cartridge is almost $200 to replace really wish it lasted for more than 9 rinses crazy to think it costed over $40 per rinse using this filter. I went from telling all my friends and family about what a AWESOME cleaning tool I got to being very disappointed with this purchase should last longer and be cheaper to replace the cartridges

The package that we received from Amazon was damaged. Everything inside of the box was in perfect condition, but one of the pieces was missing. I contacted customer service at iSpring Water Systems, LLC and they were absolutely amazing. The person I spoke with was pleasant and kind. They sent us the missing piece promptly. We are also very pleased with how the cleaning system works.
