So handy
Brilliant to have for running a marathon if you donāt want to carry a water pack with ELs in. I just took these with the water from aid stations no issues.

A must for any long distance athletic event
Ideal addition for anyone taking on a long-distance race of any kind where you'll be sweating a lot. Used for a recent ultra...
I was recommended these due to previously suffering cramp in my quads during a running ultra. Used this year for the same event. I didnt suffer the cramps but the conditions/training and nutrition were all completely different. What i would say is that i would continue to use these in the future as an insurance policy against cramps/lack of electrolytes however they are a large pill to swallow and the packaging is a bit of a pig whilst mid-run.

Good supplement for endurance running
These are a very convenient way of maintaining sodium and potassium levels while running for periods exceeding three hours.I have always made up electrolyte drinks to carry with me but since moving to a hydration pack, this isn't convenient.These are great as they don't take up much space and they are Informed Sports tested, this means high quality ingredients from highly reputable manufacturers.
