DO NOT BUY FROK AMAZON
Wasted a month and 2000 on this. Poor product, at delivery itself this was a damaged product, amazon support never helped me to get proper support. Still suffering for the consequences even now.

Flimsy quality, bad fitments
The media could not be loaded. The quality of the product is below average. The round disk holding the microfiber mop is very flimsy and may break in few usages, particularly in the hands of maid.Even the lock is flimsy prone to break very easily.The socket which connects rod with the mop disk is loose and flimsy as shown in the video. The rod easily comes out of the socket even when the socket is tightened.Returning the product.
