I love to protect my hair by using a silk bonnet, and this one is a beauty. Thick fabric and well made. I've had other silk bonnets that were thinner fabric and poor quality, thin elastic that soon gives out and is uncomfortable. For me the band is loose even with the very nice elastic fully relaxed, and I have an average head size. I have to tie the attached ribbons tightly because they are all that's the only thing keeping it from falling straight off. And then there is no comfort or give at all. So I probably wouldn't buy this bonnet if I'd known that.

I often spray "root cover up" to cover my grey hairs, but as I don't wash my hair at night, it makes me sick to think of getting the dark hair coloring on my pillowcase, so I purchased this product to cover my hair and keep hair product from getting onto my pillow.- I like that along the forehead, the flap is flat so that there are not any indents on my face the next morning.-I like that this has a big size cap so I can put my hair into a pony tail on top of my head and cover it with the cap. Then I can tie a bow to keep it in place. I generally use a double knot so it doesn't come untied. -I like that the cap is a little oversized, and then I can pull the cap over my eyes to use as a sleep light-blocking mask if I want. (I got the dark color).-I like the fabric and the quality of the product. It is well made. and I can really get a good strong "tie" without worrying about a flimsy product.-I don't like that sometimes I get a little hot wearing the cap. Recently I have started the perimenopausal night sweats and when that happens, I literally have to pull the cap off in the night. Sometimes I can manage to get it back on, but let's be honest, it isn't the same.

This is HUGE and even though they claim it is real silk, it is very very thin. Not worth the money at all. Disappointing purchase.

I am disappointed with this piece. I thought it was going to rely on the tie, and I would try a bonnet without elastic that just wears out over time. This bonnet still relies heavily on elastic to keep it on, so the tie feels, well it's like half of it, not the full reliance I was expected. As for the silk, it's right up there with the other Zimasilk products. I have two of their pillows.

There doesn’t seem to be enough elastic and the ties aren’t long enough for this to fit well. I felt the need to tie it really tight and woke up all puffy from the constriction.

Cap offers options for how to tie it up and really protects my curly hair from being way out of control in the morning!
