Q: Can't find my question I thought I'd asked. Is it really 51g of magnesium chloride per cup or is that a typo? Most brands are 15g per cup.

I think the others are saying it's 15g elemental magnesium, so combined w/ the Cl it's 51, so now I wonder, how much Mg itself... I caught this right away b/c my MgCl oil at home is 90 mg Mg, and 250 mg MgCl.

Q: What is the difference between this product and Epsom Salts?

Epsom Salts are Magnesium Sulfate this is Magnesium Chloride. This is also much more highly concentrated Magnesium and it dissolves better in water. It does not leave the gritty feeling at the bottom of the tub when you take a bath with it and it seems to absorb better into my skin as well.

Q: If you are supposed to use 1-4 cups per bath, how many baths would one get from this? I thought to absorb Mag you need at minimum 2-3 cups. Thanks
