Love it, gave my first one to my son and bought a new one , nice and compact, doesn't take up much room in the drawer ,great for making salads and stir fry

It is very easy to use. It cuts with no need to apply high force (Even potato).It is not bulky so it can be stored in the daily knife and fork drawer.I like it very much. It is better than the bulky Mandoline.

I wish I would have looked into this product more before buying. Normally, Microplane is consistent in quality but fell short here. The settings are practically useless for cutting anything bigger than a chip and the surface is made of cheap plastic. I'm interested to see how long it lasts.

I bought this device because it was compact and made by the Microplane company which has some terrific products. This one works, but not all that well and is potentially dangerous. If you get one, use extra care that you don't shred your fingers. I recommend the German-made V-slicer. Not as compact, but does the job well and is a much safer tool.

This makes ordinary slicing (and some grating) tasks so easy. My wife uses it all the time. One caution: the blade is sharp! Use the tool given to hold whatever you're slicing, or go carefully. It would be easy to take off a fingertip if you're not paying attention. But that very sharpness is what makes this such a pleasure.

Was surprised at how flexible the slicer is. Hasn't broken yet, but won't be surprised when it does. Not Microplane quality.

It's very sharp and I'm scared of it! I bought it because I have a hand injury which prevents effective grip, so I bought Kevlar gloves to use with it. It's very efficient!

La lame coupe et tranche bien les fruit et legumes. Il y a 3 niveau de coupe et une deuxième lame dentelé. À voir sur une longue utilisation si la lame ne s emousse pas.

同社のフードグレーダーをとても気に入って愛用しているので、買いました。アタッチメントが最小限の仕様でパーツを入れ替えたりせずに厚さが調節出来て、「Microplane 」さん、流石の安定感でした。どうしても7cm以上のスライスが出来るものを探していた中で、一番使いやすかったです。コストの関係かプラスチックのパーツがある為、フードグレーダーの様に「食洗機対応」ではありませんが、扱いやすく、安全な商品だと思います。
