These Caffiene/L-Theanine supplements are decently large size capsules, make sure you drink plenty of water with these ones. I notice no ill side effects when taking these. I am glad to find this combo (Google to read more about the benefits) offered at an affordable price in a value-size package. I recommend this supplement if you're interested in the benefits of it.

I like to take one of these before work and it really helps start my shift with energy.

For the first 3 days i took 1 tablet before workout and didn't feel anything except bit sick. The 4th day i took 2 tablets and didn't feel anything except sick. I gonna stop this supplement, i don't recommend it at all

These "capsules of white" are an effective booster when congitive abilities are most needed. From what I read online, tests have shown that the combination of caffeine and thianine improve not just cognitive skills faster but multitasking abilities as well, which is due apparently to thianine's ability to increase alertness without heightening anxiety.* It's too early for me to say whether that's been the case personally, but I've certainly felt a positive mental spike.I found the capsule, which is considered a serving size, easy swallow and flavorless. Each provides 100mg of caffeine, roughly the equivelent amount to an 8 ounces of coffee, and 100mg of thianine, which I read equals roughly 5x the amount found in a serving of tea. There are 180 capsules in this large bottle, a nice long supply (lot expiration on my bottle is 10/2026).

At the equivalent of 90 traditional energy drinks for $12, it almost feels criminally cheap. One pill is the equivalent of a cup of coffee, while 2 is the equivalent of stronger energy drinks. The advantage of these pills is that I don't have the crash at the end because it's more of an extended release, so I can use a couple pills a day and drink water instead of energy drinks and sodas for caffeine. The biggest advantage is it has L-Theanine which is supposed to promote cognitive performance. No jitters or crash, and increased focus at a ridiculously low price? There really is no downside to this product!
